The Flying Banners
Crafteli's flying banners (commonly known as beach flags) are designed for outdoor and indoor advertising. The most common types include teardrop and feather flags.
Digital Eco-friendly PrintingOur teardrop and feather banners are made of fabric and not PVC. It is printed using eco-friendly dye sublimation process without the use of hazardous solvent.
We use only high quality Japanese printers and Italian inks for superb print clarity and color vibrancy.
High Quality Poles and BaseThe top pole that makes the arch is made of reinforced fiberglass-carbon composites with stainless steel connector and plastic cap. The vertical poles, usually 3 or 4 pieces, are powder-coated aluminum tubes. The lower pole is mounted on a stainless corrosion-resistant solid steel. The x-base is made of powder-coated solid steel.

Wide Range of SizesThe heights of our teardrop and feather banners range from 9 feet to 13 feet. The width of the printed banner ranges from 27 inches to 32 inches.
Light and PortableExcluding the base, the weight of the teardrop or feather fabric is half a kilogram and the pole is only less than a third of a kilogram. The x-base is 1.4 kilograms The waterbag can weigh up to 30 kilograms when filled with water.
It can be installed in 3 easy steps: 1) Assemble the rods. 2) Insert the rod into the banner sleeves. 3) Clip the banner fabric to the bottom and place it on the x-base. |
WARNING: We don't sell "fabric and print only" if the poles that the customer will be using did not come from us. If a customer bought the "fabric and print" without divulging about the real source of his/her pole, we will not be responsible for any wrong sizing or fit between the fabric and the pole.
Minimum Order Quantity: 2 sets of any size
The complete set includes the following:
1) 3 to 4 poles - depending on the size you order. Small, Medium, and Large have 3 poles whereas Extra Large has 4 poles.
2) X-Base
3) Printed Fabric with attachments to the pole.

Banner Weights
These are the weights including the fabric, poles, and base:
1) Small and Medium banner1-side print is 2 kilograms and 2.3 kilograms for 2-side print.
2) Large banner is 2.5 kilograms for 1-side print and 2.8 kilograms for 2-side print.

Warning:
Flying banners are not designed to be displayed outdoor permanently, especially in places with strong wind. Preferably, flying banners should be used indoor or in short-term outdoor events only.
WaterbagPhp 700 each (excluded in the prices)
A waterbag may be needed to fix the banner's base to the ground in areas where the wind is strong enough to cause it to topple down. It can contain up to 30 liters of water (or 30 kgs in weight). Based on calculation, it can withstand a signal # 2 wind velocity. Others use a simple wooden peg to anchor the base to the ground. |

The X-base is the standard base component of our teardrop and feather banners. It weighs 1.40 kgs., enough to resist a wind velocity of 20 kph. The average wind velocity in the Philippines for the past 8 years is at a maximum of 15 kph. |
